by the manufacturer's warranty.
Return
Policy and Conditions
TKS offer a 30-day money
back guarantee from the original ship date for most merchandise. Certain restrictions
apply to the products listed below.

- Secondhand Products

After 30 days, only the
manufacturer's warranty applies and no returns will be accepted.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be
obtained from TKS via e-mail and is required for ALL returns. TKS reserves
the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on returns. Merchandise must be returned
within 15 days of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires. RA#'s
are non-renewable.
TKS reserves the right to return any merchandise without a
valid RA# to the customer or to prorate the credit.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging.
All components, manuals, registration card(s), etc must be included. TKS
inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does
not meet the criteria.
If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping
cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. You should expect
to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return
shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This
time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the
shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return
once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank
to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via
e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
